During the internship of her undergraduate program (2014–2015), Dr. Pandey underwent comprehensive clinical training through postings at MDC Hospitals and various charitable hospitals across Panchkula and Chandigarh, gaining invaluable experience in managing diverse dental conditions and building a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered dentistry. These formative experiences shaped the compassionate, meticulous approach that defines her practice today.
Following graduation, she devoted several years to clinical practice with a strong emphasis on preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Her pursuit of excellence later led her to join Parexel International as a Drug Safety Associate in pharmacovigilance, where she collaborated with global healthcare systems and international regulatory authorities, contributing to the assessment and monitoring of drug-safety data across multiple health agencies worldwide. This work sharpened her analytical skills and deepened her understanding of evidence-based medicine, quality assurance and patient safety.
Despite a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, her passion for clinical dentistry remained unwavering. To reconnect with hands-on patient care, she underwent additional training at District Hospital, Rudrapur, and — with a renewed commitment to ethical, modern, patient-centered care — established Esmodent Dental Clinic, Rudrapur.
Today, Dr. Pandey combines years of clinical experience with her pharmacovigilance background to deliver personalized, scientifically driven and comprehensive dental care. She has a special interest in digital dentistry, smile rehabilitation, restorative dentistry, preventive oral healthcare and comprehensive treatment planning. Her approach focuses on preserving natural dentition, employing minimally invasive techniques and using contemporary technology for predictable, long-lasting outcomes.
